On October 31, 2004 in Tukwila, WA, a group of men, women and their families united together to form its own Citizen Band organization called the Northwest Modulators.  We're the new and upcoming CB club located in the "Northwest Corner."  Our members are comprised of individuals from four states: California, Oregon, Texas, Nevada and Washington.

Each second Saturday of the month, members come together to input their thoughts and concerns pertaining to club issues, social events like the CB picnics and breaks, and maintaining contact with other CB communities around the nation.

We are associated together by faith, fellowship and the two-way radio for the following purposes:

To enrich and encourage members to refrain from the use of profanity, disputes or anything negative while using the two-way radio.

To gather regularly for the purpose of meetings, events, voting, position changes, collecting dues, planning and setting goals.

To establish an outreach program within our organization, by helping those in need, and to promote a caring attitude amongst friends, families and the community.

Accordingly, we declare our allegiance to God, and will abide by the laws within our governing states and federal regulations.

The Northwest Modulators is of its own solvent body, and its organization shall be vested in the body, which composes its membership.

No outside CB organization shall be allowed to influence its internal affairs.  It shall, however, maintain affiliation with other CB clubs.
